How the 5-Day Refresh & Reset Works
As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Mind & Body Wellness Practitioner, I will support and guide you throughout the Reset to achieve your goals. We will start with a Pre-Reset call to prepare you for the program including reviewing the daily protocol, recipes, and shopping lists. This is when you will assess your current situation, identify areas for growth, and set your intention for the Reset to keep you motivated.
You’ll be eating a whole-foods based plan with legumes, fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains and some lean proteins. I’ve created an awesome book of recipes that includes easy to prepare meals that not only your whole family will eat, but you will add to your regular meal rotation long after you complete the 5 days.
I will also provide you with information for optional all-natural supplements you can add in with your program to make your reset even more effective. (additional purchase required)
Throughout the Reset program, I provide ongoing education, support and guidance to help you make any necessary adjustments for your success with this gentle yet highly effective protocol. You'll get a TON of support from me as well as our members only support group. We all know how valuable community is when you need accountability and support, especially from people who are doing the Reset along side you.
On the final day of the Reset we will have a group call outlining how you can continue your new found healthy habits going forward.
