I recently had to step back from nutrition coaching to have two knee replacement surgeries, six months apart. And right in the middle of all that, my son enlisted in the Army.
It was a season I didn't plan for — but one I wouldn't trade.
Letting go of a child who is choosing something brave and hard and uncertain is its own kind of surrender. 

I had to trust God with what I couldn't carry.  And in that place of open hands, something beautiful happened: the time away gave me a clarity I didn't expect. I kept thinking about the women I serve, the time we are in now — and how menopause doesn't just change our bodies. It quietly chips away at our confidence. 
It blurs our sense of purpose. It leaves so many of us wondering what this next chapter is even supposed to look like.

Is this right for me if I'm brand new to wellness?
Yes —  this guide was built with you specifically in mind. I've had two knee replacements myself. Every movement is gentle, chair-friendly, and fully modifiable. No jumping jacks. No floor exercises. No expectations that your body looks or works a certain way. You belong here exactly as you are.

How much time will I need each week?
Most women find that they can complete the simple steps in approximately 15 minutes each day. The Reset is flexible, so you can move at the pace that best suits you.
I'm not very tech-savvy. Will I be able to access the guide?
