Hi friend — I'm Heather Hill.

If you've been with me before, you may have noticed I went quiet for a while. And if you're brand new here — welcome! 
Either way, I want to take a moment to share my heart with you, because I believe the story of where I've been is just as important as where we're going together.
For years, I coached women over 50 in nutrition and wellness — helping them feel stronger, healthier, and more like themselves again. It was work I loved deeply, and the women I served inspired me every single day.
 
Then life asked me to pause.
 
I had to step away to have not one, but two knee replacement surgeries — six months apart. It wasn't easy, and honestly, it wasn't something I planned for.  And in the middle of that season of recovery, something else happened that stopped me completely in my tracks: my son enlisted in the Army.  I won't pretend I didn't feel the full weight of that moment. There is something sacred and terrifying about watching your child choose something so much bigger than himself — something you cannot follow him into, cannot fix, cannot control. All you can do is open your hands and give him back to God.
 
And so I did.
 
Somewhere in the stillness of that season — in the slower mornings, the quieter days, and the prayers I didn't always have words for — God gave me something unexpected: clarity.
 
I had time to truly listen. To pray. To reflect on what the women I served needed most — not just in their bodies, but in their hearts and their sense of self. And what I kept coming back to was this: so many of us walk through menopause and the years that follow feeling like we've somehow lost the plot of our own story. Our confidence dips. Our purpose feels fuzzy. Our bodies feel unfamiliar. And we wonder — Is this really all there is?  The answer is absolutely not.
 
This season isn't a closing chapter. It's an invitation — to a deeper, richer, more intentional version of your life. And I want to walk through it with you.
 
I'm coming back with a clearer mission than ever: to help post-menopausal women find their purpose, reclaim their confidence, and step boldly into this brand new chapter — body, soul, and spirit.
 
And I'm bringing everything I've learned with me. My coaching still includes the nutrition and functional movement guidance that has always been at the heart of my work — because how we nourish and move our bodies matters deeply in this season. But now it's woven into something bigger: a whole-life approach that addresses your health, your confidence, and your God-given purpose all at once.
