Q: Do I need any special equipment or materials for this program?
A: No special equipment is needed, however a good internet connection is recommended for accessing the course materials and joining the live coaching sessions.

Q: What if I can't keep up with the program?
A: Don't worry, all our sessions will be recorded and you'll have access to the course content even after the program ends.  You can work through the materials at your own pace.

Q: What kind of support can I expect throughout the program?
A: In addition to the weekly Q&A sessions where you can get all your questions answered, you're have email support from me to answer any questions. Plus you'll be part of the Freedom to Thrive community, where you can connect with others, share your progress and find support.

Q: I have dietary restrictions. Can I still participate in the program?
A: Absolutely. The nutritional aspect of our program is not about prescribing a specific diet, but rather teaching you how to make healthier food choices that suit your lifestyle and dietary needs.

Q: How much time do I need to commit each week?
