Five Days of Honest Pages
A Few Quiet Minutes Can Change Your Whole Day
After menopause, so much shifts at once. Sleep gets lighter. Stress hits harder. Roles change, and it’s easy to lose track of the woman underneath it all.
Journaling is one of the simplest, gentlest tools I know for this season. Putting your thoughts on paper can help calm a busy mind, make it easier to rest at night, and help you notice patterns in your energy, mood, and body. Best of all, it gives you a place to watch God’s faithfulness unfold, one ordinary page at a time.
No special notebook. No perfect handwriting. No experience needed. Just you, a pen, and about fifteen minutes.

Here’s How the Five Days Unfold
Each day gives you a scripture, a short reflection from me, three journal prompts, and an affirmation to carry with you.
- Day 1 · Arrive: Start where you are, honestly and without judgment.
- Day 2 · Remember: Look back at God’s faithfulness in seasons you’ve already walked through.
- Day 3 · Release: Set down the worries that are too heavy to carry alone.
- Day 4 · Renew: Trade criticism for gratitude and care for your body with kindness.
- Day 5 · Rise: Dream again and get dressed, in strength and dignity, for the days to come.
Print it, open it on your tablet, or simply use any notebook. Go at your own pace. There’s no deadline, and nobody keeping score.
Hi, I’m Heather
I’m a holistic nutritionist and faith-based wellness coach, and I’m walking this season right alongside you. About 17 months ago I had both knees replaced six months apart, and in that same stretch of time my son enlisted in the Army. What followed was a long pause I never would have chosen. Looking back, I can see it wasn’t a setback. It was preparation.
My journal was one of the places I found my footing again. Most mornings now it’s just me, a mug of warm lemon water, and a few honest pages before the day gets loud. I created this challenge so you can have that same quiet place to begin.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”
Proverbs 31:25 (NIV)
